If you want to take your sport performance to the next level, I can help you achieve that.

I am an experienced nutritionist specialising in sport performance nutrition working with a diverse range of people across all skill levels including working at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022, professional athletes, amateurs and novices.

I am committed to providing clients with support, guidance and clarity using evidence based practices to help significantly improve your performance.

Whatever your sport or lifestyle, together we can address your personal goals-

such as:

  • Increasing muscle mass

  • Weight loss

  • Increasing strength

  • Increasing endurance

  • Reducing body fat percentage

  • Weight reduction prior to events

Weight Loss

Want to lose weight?

Feeling lethargic?

Struggling with gastrointestinal discomfort?

I can help you with any of these issues and much more. With a holistic approach, I can empower and equip you with expert, science-based information which is easy to understand and simple for you to apply to your lifestyle.

I offer bespoke nutrition advice which can boost your health and wellbeing by,

for example:

  • Facilitating steady and sustainable weight loss

  • Supporting the immune system

  • Strengthening bones and joints

  • Enhancing muscle mass

  • Balancing hormones

  • Improving gut health

  • Promoting mental stability

  • Lowering the risk of chronic diseases

I want to help you achieve a healthy relationship with food, create intuitive eating habits and learn how nutrition can improve your quality of life.

I do not simply write out meal plans and send you on your way. I research, formulate and implement individualised plans which are tailored specifically for you and are sustainable. My mission is to support and encourage you throughout the process.

The aim is to assist you in improving your overall lifestyle by facilitating behavioural changes. I will help you to create better habits, not only in nutrition, but also in areas such as mindset, productivity, competency, relaxation, sleep quality and exercise - I can supply customised programmes to meet your requirements.

I work with people who wish to lose or gain a few pounds to improve their health and appearance plus I have experience of assisting people who suffer from illnesses, for example irritable bowl syndrome, anaemia and cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes and obesity.

Limiting the amount of clients I work with at any one time ensures you will receive the attention needed from me in order for you to achieve your goals through the application of researched practices.

In addition, I deliver nutritional and wellbeing information to companies. I am available to provide PDFs, pamphlets, webinars and Q&A sessions to workplaces, educational establishments, social groups, etc.

Let me help you become the best you can be!
