Cancellation Policy
Greg is aware that on occasions life gets in the way of planning, and alternative arrangements can be made if needed. I accept cancellations free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the appointment (rebooking or refund).

Cancellations less than 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
